2. Data we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, company/studio (optional), project type (optional) and message. This site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, an aggregate, cookie-free analytics tool that records non-identifying usage data, such as the page visited, referring page, approximate country or region and device type. We use it to understand site traffic. No persistent identifiers are created, and this information is not combined with contact form data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process contact form data to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business or professional relationship. The legal basis is the data subject’s explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken before entering into or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Vercel Web Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding Website performance and usage in an aggregated, non-identifying form.
4. Recipients and international transfers
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. We use the following processors, which provide appropriate GDPR safeguards through standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism: — Resend (Resend Inc., USA) — delivery of contact form emails. — Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) — Website hosting and aggregate analytics through Vercel Web Analytics. We do not make any other international data transfers.
5. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the legally required period arising from our relationship. Once that relationship ends, the data will be restricted and deleted in accordance with applicable statutory periods.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing hola@knockvision.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The latest revision date appears at the bottom of this document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
