Casa Musgo

01
Context
Casa Musgo fuses textured lime plaster with warm oiled timber across a Japandi residence. Walls remain deliberately imperfect, with hand-troweled render catching low light, while every oak or walnut element stays precise, quiet and unadorned.
02
Visual Direction
Gym, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, dining room and garage share the same material calm. Nature appears as a framed view: a private courtyard of rocks, moss and slender trees closes almost every sightline. The architecture feels like a slow exhale.
03
Key Features
Hand-troweled textured lime plaster — Warm oiled oak and walnut joinery — Japanese rock and moss courtyard — Paper lantern lighting — Sculptural tub and travertine island — Wood-panelled garage as private gallery.
