Villa Migjorn is a contemporary residence of stacked horizontal volumes stepping down a south-facing coastal cliff. A warm dry-stone base anchors the house to the rock, while clean planes of render and glass float above it and extend outward through deep terraces and cantilevers.

A wraparound infinity pool traces the cliff edge. Full-height sliding glass dissolves the boundary between living spaces and the horizon. Facing migjorn — the south — the house receives even, generous light all day and turns golden at dusk.
